I ordered this according to my endocrinologist's recommendation for my husband’s type 1 diabetes. After just a month, we noticed a significant improvement in his insulin sensitivity. It’s evident from his diabetes diary. After seeing his progress and learning about alpha-lipoic acid, I started taking it as well. I’m finding it helps suppress my hunger, and I can now wait to have breakfast without feeling desperate. One downside is the odour of burnt rubber in urine.

I’m now on my second order and so are my parents, who are thrilled with the results. My appetite has decreased, and I feel energised. I take it every morning with Omega-3 and Vitamin D. However, it should not be taken on an empty stomach to avoid discomfort, so I have it with breakfast.

Reduced tingling pain

Weightlifters, take note! As someone who lifts heavy, I rarely review products. However, this one is exceptional. I dealt with severe tingling and burning in my hands and arms, which made sleep difficult. After researching options and discussing with friends, I started taking this every morning alongside my thyroid medication and sertraline. Since the 25th, I've had five days free of the burning sensation. Although my right arm still occasionally "goes to sleep," it's nothing compared to two weeks ago. I highly recommend this supplement; it's now part of my routine and budget.
